Tell us the problem

Healthcare Technology, Built by Doctors

We don't start with the technology. We start with the problem.

Manara is a healthcare technology company founded and run by doctors. We study how your practice actually works, find the root cause, and build whatever solves it: software, AI, automation, data, or digital strategy.

The first conversation is a diagnosis, not a demonstration. You describe the problem, we tell you honestly whether we are the right people to solve it.

Working today · our first product

The AI medical scribe

You dictate the way you already speak. It writes the record in your practice's own format, and asks only about the fields that are genuinely missing.

  • Egyptian Arabic and English, code switched inside one sentence
  • Operative reports and discharge summaries, on the form the hospital asks for
  • A clinician reviews and signs. AI supports, it does not replace
A clinician's hands resting on a closed paper chart, a phone lying flat beside them with a dark screen.

The Manara Method · every engagement, in this order

01ListenWe speak with the people living the problem.
02UnderstandWe study the workflow the problem lives in.
03IdentifyWe find the root cause, not the nearest product.
04InnovateWe decide what technology is actually appropriate.
05BuildWe build around your workflow, not against it.
06ImplementIt has to work in the clinic, in your hands.
07EvolveWe monitor, learn, improve and expand.

The seven steps in full, and what each one produces

01 · Why we exist

Healthcare does not need more technology. It needs technology that understands healthcare.

A doctor writing case notes by hand at a desk after dark, a stack of paper files beside him under a desk lamp.

Underneath every version of this problem sits one constraint we live daily. Doctors have no time.

Documentation gets done late, badly, or not at all, and everything downstream starves with it: follow up, reporting, and above all research. The founders are doctors. This is the problem we live, not a market we spotted.

Why we exist, and who we work with

What we keep finding

  • Doctors spend their time documenting instead of treating. Handwriting is still the fastest tool most clinics have, which tells you how bad the software is.
  • Patient information is fragmented. Records sit in systems that were never designed to speak to one another, so nobody sees the whole picture.
  • Clinics lack integrated digital systems. Five tools, five logins, and the joins are done by a human retyping.
  • Organizations hold enormous volumes of data without the infrastructure to turn any of it into insight.
  • Excellent clinicians can be close to invisible online, while patients searching for them find someone else.

We replace paper. WhatsApp we do not remove, because doctors like it, so we integrate it instead.

02 · What we build

Three layers. We tell you which ones exist today.

Run the practice better, understand it better, grow it better. That is also the order it usually happens in.

Layer 1 · Run

Clinical technology

Make clinical work more efficient. This is work a practice can engage us for today.

  • AI medical scribe. Our first product. Dictate, and the record writes itself. What it does
  • Manara EMR. A standards based clinical record built on FHIR R4, configured to your own forms. It can run alongside the system you already have rather than replacing it.
  • Custom clinical systems. Where nothing existing solves the problem, we build it.
  • Technology assessment. A structured look at the practice before anybody proposes anything.

Layer 3 · Grow

Digital practice growth

Make a practice easier to find and to trust. Also work a practice can engage us for today.

  • Healthcare branding. A clear, credible identity for a doctor or a practice.
  • Digital presence. Sites and infrastructure that make a practice findable, legible and contactable.
  • Search and AI search visibility. Getting your specialty, qualifications, location and services correctly understood by search engines and by AI assistants.
  • Digital content. Sold as an outcome, not as a count of posts.

Layer 2 · Understand

Healthcare intelligence

Turn healthcare data into better decisions. We are still building this layer, so it carries no date and there is nothing to demonstrate yet.

  • Healthcare data infrastructure
  • AI monitoring
  • Predictive systems
  • Patient flow and performance insight
