It is the real extraction
This is the same scribe a clinic gets, reading your case for the first time. Nothing here is scripted and no answer is pre-written. If it gets something wrong in front of you, that is genuinely what it did.
It is not the product
The scribe a clinic gets is fitted to that practice: its own record format, its own vocabulary, follow-up questions on missing fields, operative reports and discharge summaries as PDFs, and the case history searchable across the practice. None of that is on this page.
